Started an Instagram account for The Channon Youth Climate Action Group
Tree Planting at The Channon Oval (regeneration project on Rocky Creek)
Vision/Future Projects:
– The Commons – Young people wait for the bus in and near The Commons (the triangle of land between the Shop and the Pub). Idea for youth to get involved in The Commons Project to beautify and make that area more attractive and usable for youth. Helping to paint the planned murals on the electricity box may be one project.
Next date: Nothing set. Also new Convenor needed as Mim is doing HSC and not able to ‘hold’ this space. Anyone keen to energise this space please contact Rachel Whiting on
